Our artisan shop and studio are located in beautiful Stanley Bridge. Watch for our sign and driveway just east of the roundabout at 4880 St. Marys Road (Rte.224). If you’re visiting the Cavendish area, we are a short 5 minute-drive west via Route 6.
We’re open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am until 5 pm.

Yes, you can purchase a selection of our products from our friends at the Farmacy and Fermentery in Charlottetown (152A Great George St.)
Your J&S bonbons will keep best at room temperature (68-70 degrees Fahrenheit). We use fresh ingredients with no preservatives in our bonbons, so they are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of purchasing. If you don’t plan to enjoy them within 3 weeks, refrigerating them will help extend their shelf life.
Yes, we craft bonbons and bars that are dairy-free. Simply check the product description/label or ask our friendly staff which of-the-moment bonbons are dairy-free.
Yes, we offer a selection of vegan chocolate bars as well as a few vegan bonbons.
All of our bonbons are gluten-free and all but one of bars are gluten-free! We do not have use any wheat flour or ingredients containing gluten in our shop or kitchen.
Yes, we have a sugar-free dark chocolate bar that is available plain or with chopped nuts and sea salt.
We do make nut-free bonbons and bars, however, we use a lot of nuts in our facility. We therefore we recommend anyone with a nut or peanut allergy abstain consume any of our products.
That depends on the food allergy. We use nuts, peanuts and dairy extensively in our kitchen. If you have any other food allergy please inquire as to whether it is used in our facility.
Some of our chocolate is fair trade and organic. The balance of our chocolate is Cacao-Trace chocolate. Cacao-Trace is a sustainable cocoa-sourcing program that focuses on creating value for everyone, from the farmer to the consumer. Training and premium pricing for cocoa farmers are an integral part of this program. Cacao-trace chocolate is obtained from the highest quality beans, fermented, and dried according to strict guidelines. The result is better-tasting chocolate that you can enjoy and a better future for cocoa farming.
The percentage indicates how much of the chocolate is made from a combination of cacao mass and cocoa butter. The remaining percentage of the chocolate would contain sugar and possibly a milk product or vanilla.
Yes, we ship across Canada during the cooler weather months of the year. To ensure the quality of the chocolates you receive, we do not ship from May through October because the warm temperatures can cause the chocolates to melt.

We can do custom orders. It’s best to contact us directly to determine whether we are able to accommodate your chocolate vision, and what is involved to make your own special chocolates.
